The clue that hints Tara is leaving November 18

Tara learns a new fact from Philip; that he has bought the third floor flat above his shophouse. He and his girlfriend Marie, will be going to the flat to discard junk, renovate it and move in furniture. They will live in it soon.

Tara is surprised that Philip neglected to mention his new flat, when she first visited him, many, many November 18s ago. She wonders why.
