Tara Selter’s friend, Nami Charet, is a librarian at Bibliotheque 18 in Clichy. Tara and Nami are characters in the book, On The Calculation Of Volume, book 1. Bibliotheque is the French word for library
This photo may resemble Bibliotheque 18 in Clichy. Tara has an appointment with Nami on November 19, but she never goes there, because she always lives the same day of November 18. November 19 never arrives for her as she is stuck in the same day.
Every day, Tara wakes up to live the life of November 18 and so do the people she interacts with. None of the others remember the previous day’s November 18. Not even Thomas, Tara’s husband. Only Tara remembers her original first date of November 18 and she writes to record down every re-occurrence of November 18.
Where is Clichy? It is a commune in theย northwestern suburbs of Paris, France. It is on the Seine, which is 6.4 km (4.0 mi), from the center of Paris.
