Here’s Tara’s breakfast, as described in On The Calculation Of Volume:

Tara’s Breakfast: On The Calculation Of Volume

One morning, on one of the November 18 days, Tara woke up early, before Thomas did. She decided to surprise him with breakfast in bed. She made boiled eggs, toast, muesli bowls with diced apple, coffee and tea. On their tray, she added butter, jam, honey, and cheese for their toast and muesli. She put a small decanter of milk for their coffee and tea. (p. 46, Balle)

The photo shows one method of eating toast with soft boiled egg.

Muesli is a mix of oats and other cereals, fruit and nuts. Some milk can be poured over it to make it wet and easier to eat.
