Atwood’s office clothes:

When Margaret Atwood was working in a product research company, she wore a blouse and skirt, help up by a garter belt. She covered her legs with stockings. She wore medium high heels because she didn’t wish for her feet to hurt at the end of the work day. This was described in Book Of Lives: A Memoir Of Sorts. (p. 187)
